  • Australian Advanced Academy Pty Ltd aims to achieve both staff and student satisfaction with its course delivery
    and assessment and ultimately its course outcomes by providing a quality student-focused experience by qualified and highly experienced and professional trainers and assessors. Any issues or concerns raised by staff or students will be dealt with fairly and in confidence according to the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness. Attention to the issues and their resolution will be used to continuously improve Australian Advanced Academy’s operations and the training and assessment experiences for both staff and students.

    COMPLAINTS & APPEALS POLICY & PROCEDURE

  • Australian Advanced Academy Pty Ltd will offer recognition of prior learning (RPL) to individual students to enable the competencies they have acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning to be recognised where these align to the units of competency in which students are enrolled.

  • The Training Package highlights specific Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) levels of LLND Skills(Language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills)
    Participants must have sufficient LLND skills to be able to read workplace safety signs, safe operating policy and procedures.
